About Me
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT). I specialize in nervous-system regulation and therapeutic recovery. My calm, grounded approach creates a supportive environment where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and find relief from stress, chronic tension, trauma, and pain patterns.
I’m also passionate about my work with The Illuminating Collective, where I provide trauma-informed massage for military members, veterans, and first responders.
